Bopanna, Rastogi receive wild cards

India's [ Images ] top-ranked tennis player Rohan Bopanna [ Images ] and local lad Karan Rastogi [ Images ] received two of the allotted three wild cards for the US $ 380,000 ATP event in Mumbai [ Images ] starting September 25.

The Kingfisher Airlines [ Images ] Open, organised by Mahesh Bhupathi's [ Images ] Globosport, has two top ten players -- Tommy Robredo [ Images ] and Radek Stepanek -- apart from other marquee players like Mario Ancic, Carlos Moya [ Images ], Fernando Gonzalez [ Images ] and veteran Greg Rusedski [ Images ].

Placed 273 in the world, Bopanna, a finalist at the US$ 25,000 ATP event in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, recently, is the highest-ranked Indian on the ATP list, followed by Harsh Mankad (322), Rastogi (361) and Prakash Amritraj [ Images ] (367).
