The Indian men's hockey team retained its sixth position in the latest world rankings despite not participating in the Champions Trophy [ Images ], which concluded on Sunday, in Terrassa, Spain.
India [ Images ] haven't added to the 1155 points it had last December but is still ranked among the top six teams in the game.
Arch-rivals Pakistan, who finished fifth at Terrassa, are a spot higher with 1373 points.
The list shows no changes at the top, but after their fourth place finish in the Champions Trophy, top-ranked Australia [ Images ] are running the risk of losing their number one position to the Netherlands.
The Aussies, with 1695 points, are closely followed by the Dutch, who lifted the six-nation title in Spain, with 1638 points.
Germany [ Images ] and Spain stay in third and fourth respectively.
Argentina is the only that competed in Terrassa to improve its ranking, moving up two spots to seventh.
