AICC general secretary and Amethi MP Rahul Gandhi [ Images ] will be on a two-day tour of his constituency from January 14, Congress sources said today.

Rahul will be accompanied by a cabinet minister in the UK government and the purpose of his visit would be to develop existing medical facilities in the area, they said.

During his visit, Rahul will participate in discussions for the development of existing facilities in Indira Gandhi [ Images ] Netra Chikitsalaya and Sanjay Gandhi [ Images ] Hospital. Rahul will reach Lucknow [ Images ] on 14 January morning and will head straight to Amethi.
