BJP wants Sonia to take action against Ajit Jogi

BJP president Venkaiah Naidu on Saturday demanded that Congress president Sonia Gandhi [ Images ] should take action against outgoing Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi for his alleged offer of bribes to BJP MLAs to defect and form a breakaway group.

Talking to PTI in Delhi [ Images ], he said, "This is the most undemocratic move made by Jogi who, despite losing the people's mandate, is attempting to grab power through the backdoor."
